When you email or call Ushaka, we use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry and discuss the requested services. Email links open your email application; this website does not submit an enquiry form.

Using Ushaka Academy

You can browse the website and read the free introductory lessons without signing in. Saving lesson progress and course interests uses Sign in with ChatGPT. The hosting service provides a user identifier, email address and, when available, a display name. We use the identifier to keep your saved progress and interests associated with your account, and your name or email to display your signed-in account.

The learning database stores your account identifier, completed sample lessons, saved course interests and the times those records were created. Saving an interest does not enrol you, take payment or subscribe you to marketing emails. For a request about your saved records, contact academy@ushakatrading.co.za from the email used for your learning account.

Hosting and links

This website uses OpenAI’s Sites hosting and ChatGPT sign-in services. Those services may use essential cookies and operational logs to provide hosting, security and sign-in. We have not added advertising trackers or an analytics marketing service to the website. External links, including manufacturer websites and LinkedIn, are governed by those services’ own policies.

Training availability

The academy currently provides an introductory sample and a proposed learning path. Full courses, individual purchases and membership are in development. Purchases are closed and no payment information is collected by this site. The sample is introductory education, not a qualification, accreditation or site-specific design or installation instruction.
